Music Video

Midsummer Colour is about desire, lust and tension. It explores the feeling of being guided towards someone and the agency of that feeling. The dancers push and pull from each other fighting to be close whilst simultaneously resisting each other.

​

A music video for GG Music made with a minuscule budget, shot at my parents farm in NSW Southern Tablelands over a single day.

Emily lives and works on the unceded land of the Gadigal people of the Eora nation, and recognises their continuing connection to land, waters and culture. We pay our respects to their Elders past, present and emerging.
